Be Creative to Lose Weight But Don't Get Frustrated Losing Weight
I hear a lot that people get frustrated during the weight loss process. The answer to this is embedded in a quote by Ernest Holmes. He said, "Be constructive or become frustrated."
Now, how does this relate to weight loss you may ask? The answer is simple. Usually you are frustrated in the weight loss process when no weight is coming off. So the answer is this, if what you are doing is not working, change what you are doing, or as Ernest Holmes says, "Be constructive". I like to say, "Be creative losing weight or be upset losing weight." Do different things until you find something that actually works for you, even if it means that you need to step it up a notch.
Now, with that said there are many things that you can do to step it up a notch. You can do things like:
• Increase the number of days you exercise
• Increase the duration of your exercise
• Reduce your food intake a little more at all your meals
• Eat lower calorie foods
• Change how you prepare foods to cut calories
• Find calorie burning activities to do after dinner
• Find ways to burn calories as you move through your day
The little things you do accumulate and can positively or negatively affect your ability to lose weight. So, pay attention to the small things you do or don't do.
If you are getting frustrated losing weight, be constructive, be creative at losing weight, change what you are doing, but don't get frustrated losing weight.
